AloVibe Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AloVibe, including our website, mobile applications, and related services.

AloVibe is operated by AstraLume Technology Limited (“AloVibe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using AloVibe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use AloVibe.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country/region if higher, to use AloVibe.

By using AloVibe, you confirm that you meet the age requirement, can legally agree to these Terms, will use AloVibe only for lawful and respectful purposes, and will comply with our rules and applicable laws.

2. AloVibe service

AloVibe provides features that may include discovering online Hosts, viewing Host profiles, sending 1-1 private messages, starting 1-1 video calls, managing Xu coins, becoming a Host if approved, reporting, blocking, customer support, and account settings.

Some features may be limited by your region, account status, device, payment availability, Host availability, network conditions, or service updates.

3. Account registration and security

You may need to create an account to use AloVibe.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, not share/sell/rent/transfer your account, notify us if your account is compromised, and be responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our fault or unauthorized access beyond your control.

We may refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, community rules, safety rules, or applicable law.

4. Invitation codes

AloVibe may support invitation codes or referral links. Invitation codes may be optional during registration. Invalid invitation codes may not block registration, but may not create referral attribution.

Referral attribution, rewards, eligibility, and settlement rules are determined by AloVibe and may be updated. You may not abuse invitation codes, create fake accounts, manipulate rewards, or conduct fraud.

5. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or bully others
• Share adult, sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, hateful, illegal, or harmful content
• Use AloVibe for prostitution, escorting, sexual services, or illegal offline activity
• Share or request private contact details to bypass AloVibe, including phone numbers, Zalo, Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, bank details, QR codes, or other off-platform contact/payment methods where prohibited by platform rules
• Scam, defraud, impersonate, or mislead others
• Upload fake, stolen, or unauthorized photos or identity information
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• Reverse engineer, hack, scrape, overload, or disrupt AloVibe
• Use bots, scripts, emulators, fake accounts, or automated tools to abuse the service
• Launder money, manipulate wallets, exploit payment systems, or abuse rewards
• Violate applicable laws or regulations

6. User content

You are responsible for content you submit, upload, send, display, or otherwise make available through AloVibe, including messages, profiles, images, reports, and dynamic posts.

You represent that you have the rights needed to provide your content and that your content does not violate law, these Terms, or the rights of others.

You grant AloVibe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, transmit, process, moderate, and use your content as necessary to operate, provide, improve, and protect AloVibe.

We may remove, restrict, or review content that violates these Terms, our rules, or applicable law.

7. Hosts

Users may apply to become Hosts. Host approval is not guaranteed.

As a Host, you agree to provide accurate profile information, follow community rules, avoid illegal/adult/exploitative/fraudulent/unsafe services, not direct users to off-platform payment/contact methods where prohibited, and not manipulate call/message/reward/invitation/settlement systems.

Host earnings, settlement eligibility, payout timing, payout methods, thresholds, fees, and deductions are subject to AloVibe rules and may vary by region, payment provider, risk controls, and account status.

AloVibe does not guarantee any specific income, number of users, calls, messages, or earnings.

8. Xu coins, wallet, and virtual items

AloVibe may use virtual coins called Xu. Xu may be used for private messages, video calls, and other paid interactions.

Xu has no cash value except where expressly stated. Xu is not legal tender, e-money, cryptocurrency, securities, or a deposit. Xu may be paid coins, bonus coins, rewards, or system grants. Bonus coins may have usage limits and may be non-refundable.

Xu may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or traded outside AloVibe. We may deduct Xu according to displayed prices and applicable billing rules. We may correct wallet errors, reverse fraudulent transactions, or adjust balances when necessary.

Prices, packages, bonuses, promotions, and paid features may change from time to time.

9. Payments and refunds

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or app stores. By making a purchase, you agree to the displayed price, payment terms, and applicable provider/store terms.

Refunds are handled according to applicable law, app store rules, payment provider rules, and AloVibe policies.

We may not be able to refund consumed Xu, bonus Xu, promotional rewards, charges caused by your violation/fraud/misuse, or transactions processed by third-party stores where their refund rules apply.

This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

10. 1-1 video calls and private messages

AloVibe may charge Xu for certain messages, video calls, or other interactions. Before paid interactions, AloVibe may display prices or charging rules. You are responsible for reviewing the price before using paid features.

Video calls may fail, be rejected, canceled, timed out, or interrupted due to network issues, device issues, Host availability, payment status, safety controls, or technical problems.

AloVibe may use call status, duration, and billing records to calculate user charges and Host earnings.

11. Reports, blocks, and safety enforcement

AloVibe provides reporting and blocking features. We may take actions such as no action, warning, content removal, feature restriction, temporary suspension, permanent ban, withholding/freezing/canceling rewards or earnings related to violations, or reporting to authorities where required.

We are not obligated to disclose detailed internal risk-control methods.

12. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or rules, create safety/fraud/payment/legal/operational risks, abuse invitation/wallet/payment/messaging/call/Host systems, if required by law/authorities/app stores/payment providers/platform policies, or if your account remains inactive for an extended period subject to applicable law.

After termination, you may lose access to your account, content, Xu, Host status, earnings, or other features, subject to applicable law and our policies.

13. Account deletion

You may initiate account deletion in the app:

You may also contact support@alovibe.app or privacy@alovibe.app.

Deletion may not immediately remove all records. We may retain certain information where necessary for legal, tax, accounting, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement purposes.

14. Intellectual property

AloVibe, including its name, logo, mascot, design, software, text, graphics, and service elements, is owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from AloVibe without permission, except as allowed by law.

15. Third-party services

AloVibe may use or link to third-party services, including payment, communication, cloud, analytics, or support providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

16. Disclaimers

AloVibe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that AloVibe will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or secure; that Hosts will always be online; that messages/calls will always connect; that any user will behave in a particular way; or that any Host will earn a specific amount.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AloVibe and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

18. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AloVibe from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of AloVibe, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of rights of others.

19. Changes to AloVibe and these Terms

We may update AloVibe, add or remove features, modify prices, change rules, or update these Terms. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.

Your continued use of AloVibe after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, unless mandatory laws in your location provide otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@alovibe.app so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
