Delete your AloVibe account

You can start account deletion in the app:

AloVibe app → Settings → Delete Account

You can also contact us:

• Privacy: privacy@alovibe.app

Please include the email address linked to your AloVibe account. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

After deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, unless we need to retain certain records for legal, tax, accounting, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement purposes.

Examples of records that may be retained include wallet transactions, payment records, fraud prevention logs, reports, moderation records, and legal compliance records.
